Return Conditions

Inigift accepts product returns within 7 days of receiving your order. Products must have original tags and labels intact, be unused, and include complete original packaging.

Eligible for Return

• Product has manufacturing defects
• Product delivered in wrong style, color, or size
• Product damaged during shipping
• Product does not match website description

Not Eligible for Return

• Product has been used or damaged by the customer
• Product missing tags, labels, or packaging
• Product belongs to non-returnable categories (food, fresh flowers)
• Past the 7-day return window

Return Process

1. Contact support via email or phone
2. Provide your order number and product photos
3. Wait for Inigift confirmation within 24 hours
4. Send the product back following instructions
5. Receive replacement or refund within 3-5 business days

Return Shipping Costs

Inigift covers all shipping costs for returns caused by our errors. For personal preference returns, the customer is responsible for two-way shipping costs.
