How do I place an order on Inigift?
Simply create an account, browse products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can include a gift message and select your preferred delivery date.
What payment methods are available?
Currently, Inigift supports Cash on Delivery (COD). We are developing additional online payment methods to better serve you.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the region. For inner-city Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, orders can be delivered within 1-2 days.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
You can cancel your order while it is in pending confirmation status. Once the order has been confirmed and is in delivery, please contact our support team for assistance.
